California has its hydrogen Highway, but the UK has its own hydrogen Motorway…the M4!!
Hyppo Hydrogen’s Toyota Mirai travelled from Swansea to Heathrow airport and back on one full tank with plenty to spare. The Mirai Toyota MKII tracked an impressive 444 mile range of zero emission travel without breaking a sweat.
We are looking forward to seeing more hydrogen refuelling stations along the M4 so that more drivers can experience quick refuelling without the range anxiety. Big thanks to our refuelling partners Fuel Cell Systems Ltd., Air Products and Protium for making hydrogen travel along the M4 a breeze!
